Kelly Wearstler's Malibu Beach Pad

The July/August issue of Vogue Living Australia takes us on a tour of Kelly Wearstler's home in Malibu. It's everything you would expect from her too! She has definitely cultivated a unique style instantly recognizable as a "Wearstler" space.

The beachfront home in Malibu serves as a weekend respite from Beverly Hills for her family to surf, relax and enjoy some family time.

"We wanted it to feel organic- like everything was picked up from the beach," says Wearstler.

Kelly in her Foyer next to an enormous nautilus sculpture found on 1stdibs.

She says, "If you look around you will see driftwood and light fixtures that are reminiscent of seaweed."

Her living room is filled with vintage furniture. The sculpture on the coffee table is from Wearstler's home collection for Bergdorf Goodman.
The painting on the left wall is by Mark Hagen.

This custom cabinet by Jeffrey Greene is flanked by vintage Karl Springer chairs.

A vintage rug hangs in the stairhall.

The upper stairhall has a large skylight and a huge tree in the center.

I've always loved that vignette behind kelly. The painting is by Richard Godfrey.

Wearstler's own limited edition "Mulholland" and "Zuma" surfboards.

Artwork above bed is by Aubrey Penny.

Adore this light fixture.
